Business Sponsorship
We offer many opportunities to get your message out in front of this large audience at differing price-points. Your sponsorship will at a minimum be recognized on our website (with a link to your site), in convention literature, and on easel boards in the lobby and at the banquet. Some of the opportunities will offer greater exposure.
Possible sponsorship opportunities include:
Volunteer t-shirts - $750 (50 shirts at $15) - Red shirts with the convention logo silk-screened on the front and company artwork on the back
Convention Pins - $2100 (1200 pins at $1.75) - the convention pins will be included in the convention package and will be attached to business cards that you provide.
Judges Pin - $525 (300 pins at $1.75) - the convention pins will be attached to business cards that you provide.
Judges Flashlight - TBD (estimated $500 - $2000, depending on model) for $300 - To be given to judges as a thank you gift. Will carry the convention logo and your company info.
Pre-banquet Cash Bar - $200 per hour (two bar tenders) - located right outside the banquet hall. We can hang a banner of your choosing in lieu of an easel board.
Advertising in the Convention Program - The convention program is an 8.5 x 11 in booklet that will be produced by the convention. The contents will include:
- Convention Schedule
- Seminar Schedule with speaker bios
- Tour info
- Vendors and vendor room map
- Your logo and advertisement on the inside cover and/or back cover
Gold Package - $250 - full page ad in the program, top tier listing on the sponsor board.
Silver package - $175 - 1/2 page ad in the program, second-tier listing on the sponsor board
Bronze page - $100 - 1/4 page ad in the program, bottom tier listing in the sponsor board
