Registration

In order to participate in the 2009 IPMS/USA National Convention, you must be a member in good standing of the International Plastic Modelers' Society. You may be required to show your IPMS Membership Card upon checkin, so be sure to bring it with you. If you are not currently a member of the Society, you can find out more information on joining or renewing your membership at the following link (opens in a new window):

If you only wish to visit the display and vendor rooms as a non-member, single-day passes will be available for $5, and a 4-day pass will be available for $10.


Online Registration

Online registration is coming soon. By clicking on the link, you will be able to fill out your registration information as well as tour and banquet selections, and submit the form to Paypal for payment. We'll get notification from Paypal of the transaction, and email you a confirmation. You will also receive an id and password for this site, which will allow you to check and verify your registration, make changes, etc.

You will also be able to update your email address, in case you change accounts. Be sure to keep that up to date so that we'll have an accurate way to contact you if necessary.

PLEASE try to use just one email account for communication with us, and ALWAYS include your IPMS number in all correspondence.

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM REGISTRATION COORDINATOR REGARDING ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

We will try to provide timely acknowledgement for both registration forms and payment when received. Here is what can normally be expected. On-line registration forms submissions will usually get a response within a day or two. Received PayPal funds for an on-line registration get acknowledged in about the same turn-around time. Mailed-in registrations (with payment) realistically can take two weeks, sometimes a bit more, from the day it is mailed. The post box mail is not picked up every day, nor is mail sent to the Treasurer and then to Registration every day.

If you do not get an appropriate response in approximately these timeframes, feel free to contact registration via this site.

We are volunteers, and things sometimes take longer than we wish. But if it's quite a bit longer than these timelines, something is wrong. We have no way of knowing something may be missing without your help.
