The City of Columbus offers many accommodations. We have arrangements with the Hyatt Regency hotel for convention rooms. There are several other hotels within walking distance of the convention center, but we ask that you book the Convention hotel if at all possible. Summer is a busy time of the year for the hotel and we recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible to ensure you don't get closed out. We ask that you make the reservations directly with the hotel. Contact information is provided below. If you have any questions or difficulty please contact our hotel coordinator - hotels@ipmsusa2009.org. As these rooms fill we will be negotiating additional rooms both in these hotels and others.
